Raccoon AI Unveils GEO Lab and Text to Agent Automation Solutions to Optimize Brands for Generative Search Engines and Business Operations

The days of solely reactive chat tools seem to be fading away, and the automated customer service landscape is moving toward digital assistants that can anticipate needs. The conversational technology company Raccoon AI unveiled a new suite of solutions for automating business operations and ensuring brand visibility within generative search, at its national product conference. During an event, the company stated that its latest features address the critical business reality that 53 percent of consumer questions are posed during non business hours when live staff are not available.

Launched in 2020, Raccoon AI is already in 5 major regions (Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and Korea), holds an official startup certificate from OpenAI and provides automated service for over 200 corporate brands which represents an average volume of over 100,000,000,000 language tokens. The product's newest roadmap aims to translate customer chat volume into financial conversions for their partner brands.

The latest product release also saw the announcement of the acquisition of a Silicon Valley based website analytics platform, WorkDuo, which already serves 200 major brands in Asia, by Raccoon AI. This partnership is enabling Raccoon AI to combine its vast conversation database with website analytics and ultimately the launch of the Generative Engine Optimization Lab or GEO Lab. As search engines such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini grow in popularity as the tool users turn to when asking about products, this software will allow brands to optimize its website's content for the artificial intelligence algorithms so when a generated engine offers product recommendations for that category, your brand will be prioritized and listed first. This integration allows the corporate websites to go from a platform that is browsed by consumers to one that is recommended by artificial intelligence.

The new Text to Agent setup system will allow the clients to script operational workflows through the utilization of natural language input. This system is responsible for automatically creating product listings, customer inquiry systems, interactive FAQs, and connects to popular e commerce platforms such as Shopify, SHOPLINE and Cyberbiz. Setting up a new system for enterprise brands currently takes 50% longer than Raccoon AI's automated tools. Once the systems are set up they are able to switch over to the Self Improving Engine. This system constantly learns to verify the accuracy and quality of automated messages, and Raccoon AI reported its Self Improving Engine increased correct response rates from 72% to 92%, customer satisfaction score from 3.6 to 4.6 stars, and first contact resolution rates from 68% to 89%.

Presentations from different industries highlighted the financial returns of the automated services. In real estate, Farglory Real Estate used the system to manage map inquiries, automated SMS dispatches, and provided human agents with qualified leads. In home services, HoHo Service utilized the automated system, marketed as a 24/7 digital butler to the senior citizens and pet owner population in order to secure higher repeat booking rates. In consumer electronics, the mobile accessories brand APIOU saw a 70% decrease in missed customer service messages.

Finally, Thomas Jeng, the head of startups for OpenAI's Asia Pacific region, sat down for a fireside chat with James Chou, founder and CEO of Raccoon AI, to discuss how the barrier to accessing generative intelligence has dropped and that the competition will instead come from those who know how to generate financial returns through automated platforms. The executives agreed that the future of enterprise software would involve integrating automated systems through marketing, customer service and sales to create an integrated digital ecosystem.
