Beelink has launched the ME Pro NAS mini PC running the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470 processor. The updated machine comes in 2 bay and 4 bay versions. Starting at 4795 Yuan, this release is a straightforward CPU refresh with no other physical redesigns.
The pricing model targets barebone builders since the system ships without RAM or storage. The 2-bay version of the HX 470 model costs 4,795 Yuan (~$711), while the 4-bay version lands at 4,995 Yuan (~$741). If you want to save some cash, the older HX 370 model remains on shelves. That older 2-bay option costs 3,999 Yuan (~$593), while the 4-bay variant sells for 4,299 Yuan (~$637).
Inside the chassis, the hardware supports 2 slots for DDR5 5600 SO DIMM memory. Storage expansion is handled by 3 M2 2280 PCIe SSD slots. Out of these, 2 slots run at Gen4x4 speeds while the remaining 1 slot operates at Gen4x1 bandwidth. Wireless connectivity relies on a MediaTek Wi Fi 6 MT7920 card.
Port selection on the back provides fast networking for a storage server. You get 1 10GbE ethernet port alongside 1 2.5GbE ethernet port. For fast peripherals, Beelink added 1 USB C port running at 40Gbps. This combination of high speed networking and fast local storage ports makes it a solid option for home servers.
