The core of the gaming experience centers on the newly updated Monster Supercore Engine. the system maintains a stable 60 FPS in demanding open world mobile titles even during 1 hour of continuous play while connected to a charger. To keep temperatures manageable, iQOO integrated an 8K Ice Dome 3D VC thermal unit that improves heat dissipation efficiency by 5%. Internal laboratory tests claim this cooling chamber can drop CPU temperatures by 15°C within 10 seconds under peak load. The phone also earned KPL tournament certification and supports full map ray tracing at 120 FPS in Arena Breakout.

The front panel uses a 6.83 inch 2K flat display running at a 144Hz refresh rate. It uses Visionox F2 luminescent material capable of reaching 1000 nits of full screen manual brightness. Touch response is handled by a Synaptics S3910V controller for low latency input. Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M combines an 11 core GPU with the proprietary Q2 e sports processor to offload graphic rendering tasks and maintain stable frame delivery.

A huge 9100mAh cell powers the device, paired with 100W wired fast charging for quick top ups. The camera module houses a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization alongside an 8MP ultra wide lens. Selfies are handled by a 16MP front camera with bionic light processing. The chassis is built around a metal middle frame measuring 8.6 millimeters thick and weighing 225 grams. Security is managed by a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner beneath the glass, while the entire housing carries dual IP68 and IP69 water and dust ingress protection.
