Intel has released a fresh beta graphics driver for Arc graphics cards and Core Ultra processors. Marked as version 32.0.101.8993, this non WHQL package brings day zero game support for the early access launch of WARDOGS. However, gamers should expect several known stability bugs across both discrete and integrated hardware.
The main reason to grab this update is for WARDOGS. Players jumping into the early access release can download the setup files directly through the official Intel graphics download portal to ensure proper performance. The installer bundle also updates core media components, including Intel Media SDK Runtime 21.0.1.35 and Intel oneVPL GPU Runtime 21.0.2.17. It supports 64 bit editions of Windows 10 from the October 2022 update onward, as well as Windows 11 from the October 2021 update onward.
Because this release is a beta build, desktop graphics card owners will run into a few specific glitches. On both Arc A series and Arc B series discrete cards, Arena Breakout Infinite can crash when enabling terrain tessellation under DirectX 12. Video editors running PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio might also experience intermittent benchmark crashes. Intel suggests setting the timeout slider to 1500 seconds or higher as a temporary workaround to let tests finish.
Laptops with integrated Arc graphics have their own set of launch issues. Core Ultra 3 systems can crash during gameplay in Mafia The Old Country. Core Ultra 1 chips might crash on the first startup of NBA 2K26 or the upcoming 007 title. Inside the Intel Graphics Software control panel itself, the 3 dot options menu on the display tab can become unresponsive. Users testing the beta performance tuning tool should also note that setting changes currently apply to every connected card at once instead of letting you tweak individual hardware in multi GPU systems.
