The hardware focuses heavily on wrist comfort and reduced thickness. The standard casing measures just 8.9 millimeters thick and comes in orange, pink, and gray finishes. OPPO designed a segmented sport strap that improves overall wrist fit by 15% while reducing strap thickness by 19%. For buyers seeking higher end build quality, the Watch X3 upgrades to a full titanium body with a bright silver finish, orange surface accents, and a white strap.
Workout tracking gets a major update with the introduction of the FatMax exercise mode. The software measures resting heart rate and personal workout capacity to calculate your ideal heart rate zone for burning calories efficiently. Internal hardware upgrades include an ECG sensor, an 8 channel optical heart rate sensor, a 16 channel blood oxygen monitor, and a high sensitivity skin temperature sensor.
Both smartwatches run on ColorOS 17 straight out of the box. The operating system includes floating status windows for active tasks and a remote camera controller for paired phones.
