Xiaomi has launched the Smart Band 11 in China with a brighter display and a slimmer profile. The updated tracker packs a 1.72 inch AMOLED panel reaching 2000 nits alongside a battery that lasts up to 3 weeks on a single charge. Pricing starts at roughly $43 for the base model.
The most obvious visual upgrade is the screen. Xiaomi trimmed the borders down to 2 mm while boosting peak brightness from 1500 nits to 2000 nits. This makes outdoor visibility much easier under direct sunlight. The curved body now sits at 9.99 mm thick, shaving down from the 10.95 mm profile of the previous generation. Base models weigh just 15.58 grams. Buyers can swap between regular straps, metal bands, or ceramic designs depending on their style, and the casing retains a 5ATM water resistance rating for swimming.
On the fitness side, the tracker handles heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels, and menstrual cycle tracking. Xiaomi improved the sleep monitoring tools by adding heart rate variability analysis alongside automated AI tips. Athletes get access to over 150 workout modes covering outdoor sports and gym routines.
The hardware runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 4 software. An optional NFC chip allows users to make contactless payments or store digital transit cards directly on the wrist. Battery life remains a standout point, offering up to 3 weeks of runtime before you need to hunt for a charger.
The base model launches in China for 289 yuan (~$43), with the NFC version at 339 yuan (~$50) and the premium ceramic/metal editions at 399 yuan (~$60). Specific international pricing and release schedules have not yet been announced, though complete rollout plans are expected shortly.
