Akasa has launched the Euler MX2, a 5.2 liter fanless Mini ITX chassis designed for completely silent computing. The anodized aluminum enclosure supports multiple generations of 35W Intel desktop processors across Socket V and H platforms. The case is now available in European markets priced at 195 GBP or 198 EUR.
The Euler MX2 measures 272.6 x 205 x 92.6 millimeters and relies on an all aluminum body that acts as a passive heat sink. It houses an internal 220V DC to DC power supply module to keep the overall footprint compact while eliminating moving parts. Cooling is completely passive, allowing 35W Intel processors to operate without generating any acoustic noise or collecting internal dust.
Internal space accommodates standard Mini ITX motherboards alongside 2 drive bays for 2.5 inch storage drives up to 9.5 millimeters thick. Front connectivity includes 2 USB A 5Gbps ports for external storage and peripherals. The rear panel provides 2 cutouts for legacy COM serial ports, making the chassis practical for industrial setups, commercial terminals, and silent living room media centers.
Akasa has set the official retail price at 195 GBP in the United Kingdom and 198 EUR across continental Europe. The enclosure is targeted at builders seeking a zero noise solution for low power office, commercial, or home server deployments.
