Asus has listed the 2026 Vivobook 16 Ryzen Edition on JD.com, featuring the AMD Ryzen 7 H 260 processor and a 2.5K 144Hz display. The laptop combines an all metal chassis with a large 70Wh battery and 16GB of memory. It is currently available for purchase in China priced at 5999 yuan (approximately $835 USD).
Asus equips the machine with an 8 core 16 thread AMD Ryzen 7 H 260 processor configured for up to 45W of sustained power output. This setup is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512GB PCIe solid state drive. A 70Wh battery supplies internal power, keeping the system running through demanding daily tasks without immediate recharging.
The visual setup centers on a 16 inch 2.5K resolution panel supporting a 144Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB color space coverage. The entire chassis is built from metal, measuring 15.9 millimeters thick and weighing 1.69 kilograms. For input, users get a full size backlit keyboard alongside an expansive 7.1 inch touchpad.
Physical connectivity includes 2 full feature USB C ports, 2 USB A ports, and 1 HDMI 2.1 output for external video monitors. The device is currently retailing on the Chinese ecommerce platform JD.com with a single configuration of 16GB RAM and 512GB storage at 5999 yuan (roughly $835 USD). Asus has not yet confirmed release details for markets outside of China.
