Baseus Spacemate RD1 Plus Launches with Integrated 120W GaN Charger

Baseus has launched the Spacemate RD1 Plus, a 14 in 1 desktop docking station featuring an integrated 120W GaN power supply. The unit connects to laptops using a single USB Type C cable to expand video outputs, data connections, and network access while replacing the need for an external charging brick. The dock is currently available in the US market for $299.

The dock provides 14 physical ports to connect external drives, computer accessories, monitors, and gigabit Ethernet cables. Video connections support a single 4K screen running at 120 Hz or dual 4K monitors operating at 60 Hz at the same time. Ventilation slots across the casing provide passive cooling during sustained multi monitor operation.

An internal 120W GaN power module manages charging through PowerTune 3.0 technology. The system directs power to the laptop first and balances the remaining wattage across other connected gadgets. An integrated LCD screen displays real time power allocation, active port status, and system alerts. The casing sits upright or flat on a desk, using an internal orientation sensor that automatically rotates the screen display to match.
