OPPO has launched the F35 5G and F35 Pro 5G in India to mark the 10 year anniversary of its F series lineup. Both smartphones pair an 8000 mAh battery with a high resolution 50 MP front camera and quad IP durability certifications. The lineup starts at $465 for the base model and $548 for the Pro edition.
The 2 models feature distinct screen specifications. The premium F35 Pro 5G carries a 6.78 inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution (2772x1272), a 144 Hz refresh rate, and 1800 nits of peak brightness. The standard F35 5G uses a slightly smaller 6.57 inch Full HD+ display (2372x1080) that runs at 120 Hz with 1400 nits of peak brightness. Both devices carry 4 separate ingress protection ratings, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K for resistance against dust, high pressure water jets, and deep submersion.
OPPO uses 2 separate MediaTek chipsets across the range. The F35 Pro 5G runs on the Dimensity 7360 Max with fast UFS 3.1 storage, while the standard F35 5G relies on the Dimensity 6360 Max with UFS 2.2 storage. Both devices pack an 8000 mAh battery that charges at 80W over a wired connection. The handsets run ColorOS 16.5 based on Android 16 and use in display fingerprint sensors. The Pro model measures 8.4 millimeters thick and weighs 210 grams, while the base version measures 8.8 millimeters and weighs 205 grams.
The front imaging system uses a 50 MP camera with a 100 degree field of view on both models for wide group shots. Around back, the dual camera module features a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary lens. The F35 Pro 5G includes optical image stabilization on the main camera to minimize motion blur during low light shooting, whereas the standard F35 5G uses standard electronic stabilization.
Pricing for the OPPO F35 5G starts at $465 for the 6/128GB configuration, rising to $512 for the 8/128GB model. The F35 Pro 5G begins at $548 for the 6/128GB tier, with an 8/128GB version priced at $595 and the top 8/256GB edition selling for $655.
