The leak suggests two variants of the GT Neo 5, one with 240W SuperVOOC charging and another with the previous-generation 150W standard. Both models are expected to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display, but with differing battery capacities (4,850mAh for the 150W version and 4,450mAh for the 240W variant).
TENAA certifications also hint at the possibility of a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration for the GT Neo 5, matching the top-tier charging tech. This leak is further supported by Geekbench results, which show a "Neo 5 240W" model with 16GB of RAM.
