POCO Pad: Xiaomi's First Tablet Enters the Global Market

Xiaomi has now launched the POCO Pad worldwide. The POCO Pad, the first POCO-branded tablet of any kind, has the same hardware as the Redmi Pad Pro, including a 10,000 mAh battery, 2.5K display, and Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor.

Xiaomi has recently launched its first POCO-branded tablet. As expected, the POCO Pad joined the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro today at Xiaomi's POCO F6 series event, which is fully covered via the hyperlinks for each smartphone. Finally, the POCO Pad is a larger alternative to the Xiaomi Pad 6 (now $319.50 on Amazon), which debuted last year.

Xiaomi's POCO Pad features a 12.1-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Furthermore, unlike many of its competitors, the big display offers 600 nits of full-surface brightness and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Furthermore, Xiaomi has protected the tablet with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which sits above an 8 MP front-facing camera and minimal bezels.

Furthermore, the POCO Pad only sports an 8 MP rear-facing camera, despite its big camera enclosure. In addition, the POCO Pad has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and a 10,000 mAh battery that supports 33 W wired charging. In other words, the tablet is an exact clone of the Redmi Pad Pro, which Xiaomi launched globally a few days ago. Currently, Xiaomi exclusively sells the POCO Pad on AliExpress, where it costs $329 with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The tablet should eventually be available with a detachable keyboard and pen for $79 and $59, respectively.
