Beyond Good & Evil Returns: Anniversary Edition Gets a Surprise Release Date!
Remember when Ubisoft quietly pulled the original Beyond Good & Evil from digital stores a few days ago? Fans speculated it was to make way for the 20th Anniversary Edition announced last year, and they were right!
A new trailer for the Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition dropped yesterday, and it's packed with exciting news. Alongside showcasing the updated graphics, new speedrunning mode, and re-recorded soundtrack, the trailer reveals a June 25th release date. This comes as a welcome surprise, as the remaster of Michel Ancel's (Rayman) classic was previously slated for an early 2024 launch.
The 20th Anniversary Edition will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch. While the release will primarily be digital, Limited Run Games will be handling a physical edition.
