X-Plus just put out the Piccolo Series71, a small 2-in-1 thing they call a netbook. It's made to be easy to move around and works well for those who want a small way to do their computer stuff.
This little device is all about being easy to take with you and doing basic things in a tiny size.
- Size: It's 7.3 x 5.6 x 0.8 inches and weighs 1.48 lbs, so it's light and simple to carry.
- Screen: It has a 7-inch display that you can touch, with clear pictures at 1280 x 800. You can also use a pen on it if you get that part.
- Brain: It uses an Intel N100 brain right now. X-Plus wants to know what users think to maybe add other brain options later.
- Memory: It has 16GB of built-in memory that can't be changed.
- Store Space: You can pick to have up to a 2TB small SSD, and you can swap it out. There's a tiny card slot to add more space.
- Input: There’s a little stick you can use to move around on the screen.
- Links: Comes with two USB 3.0 spots and a small HDMI spot to hook up a bigger screen. It also has Wi-Fi, and you can add wired internet with an extra piece.
- More Stuff: It has its own speakers, mic, and camera built in.
The Intel N100 lets it do simple things and be used on the go, like a small netbook should. The SSD space can be changed, although the memory can't. They may add stronger options based on what users say.
The X-Plus Piccolo Series71 is up for sale now. If you get it with a 512GB SSD, it's $249.
