The company just told us that they will soon show a new top level tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro. They will show it off later this month. This new tablet will run on Xiaomi's own XRing O1 chipset.
After the China-only launch of the Pad 7 Ultra, Xiaomi is now adding to its high-end tablet line. The Pad 7S Pro will be made known soon, and it will also use the in-house XRing O1 chip.
Xiaomi said on their Weibo page that they will show the Pad 7S Pro by the end of this month. It will be the third device with the XRing O1 chip, after the Xiaomi 15S Pro phone and the Pad 7 Ultra tablet. The Pad 7S Pro will be in the middle of the top Pad 7 Ultra and the earlier Pad 7 Pro.
Xiaomi has told us more about the Pad 7S Pro:
- It will have a 12.5-inch screen, which they call a "top level display."
- The tablet will be thin, just 5.8mm wide.
- A big 10,610 mAh battery will keep it running.
- It will have fast 120W charging.
The company also talked about "PC-like" tools and a floating keyboard. They will share more about this soon.
