On the day it came out, AMD's Ryzen Threadripper 9000 CPUs saw overclockers put the new top 96-core model, the 9995WX, to the test. Right away, they set new world records for how well it can handle many jobs at once.

ASUS got a total of 8 world records and 31 top-place scores around the world with its PRO WS WRX90e-SAGE SE motherboard. While all models in the Threadripper PRO 9000 line were checked out, the best scores came from the high-end 9995WX chip.
New High Score in Cinebench R23
US overclocker Seby reached the highest point in the Cinebench R23 test. Here are the main facts of this win:

This score beats the old record by 6%, which was 210,702 points, set by the older 7995WX. The old champ needed a higher speed of 6.25 GHz to get there.
