Asus ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWG Out Now with Two-Way Screen

Asus has just started to sell the ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWG, a new shiny OLED screen for gaming seen first at Computex 2025. Right now, it's up for grabs in China, and they plan to sell it worldwide by the end of this summer. It's one of the first screens that lets users pick between high detail or fast refresh rates.

Two-Way Mode Good for All Gamers

The main thing about the XG32UCWG is its Two-Way Mode tech. It has a 31.5-inch, third-gen WOLED panel by LG Display that has two modes:

  • High-Detail Mode: 4K (3840x2160) at 165Hz.
  • Fast-Refresh Mode: Full HD (1920x1080) at 330Hz.

This lets gamers go for top-notch looks for deep solo play or quick speed for head-to-head eSports on one screen.

Top Glossy Screen and Looks

Asus has put a TrueBlack Glossy coat on the screen, which cuts down light shine-back by 38% more than older Asus screens. This tech helps make the picture clearer and eases eye strain. Other top visual details are:

  • A fast 0.03ms GtG time.
  • 99% DCI-P3 color range.
  • DisplayHDR True Black 400 style.
  • Works with both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync.

Links and Long-Lasting Uses

The screen comes with handy and tough features:

  • Ports: 2x HDMI 2.1, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), and 1x USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode and 15W power feed.
  • KVM Switch: There's a built-in KVM switch to use one set of gear for many devices.
  • Screen Care: It uses ASUS OLED Care Pro tech and a Neo sensor that fades the screen when you step back to cut screen burn.

Cost and When You Can Get It

The ROG Strix OLED XG32UCWG is now on sale in China, named there as "ROG Jueshen X".

  • Price in China: CNY 5,999 (around $799).
  • Price Likely in the US: $950.

While they haven't set a firm global release date, Asus hinted before to expect it around August for places outside of China.
