Abxylute Previews 3D One Handheld with Glass-Free 3D and Modular Design
Abxylute announced that their handheld device designed for PC gaming, the 3D One, is set to be released into the market very soon. The innovative feature of this tool is that it can pitch a true 3D image of games, without the need of special glasses. It has a modular attached design for detachable controllers to be handheld, tablet, and even laptop ready.
How the Glasses-Free 3D Technology Works
The most significant selling point of the 3D One is its exclusive 3D-rendering function which makes use of the eye-tracking camera. This, like everything you have seen in Acer SpatialLabs, ensures that the 3D effect is showing correctly to the user's eyes. The display technology in the backend is sourced from Tencent Games.
Ably claiming that other than the native 3D, the 3D One has an on-board AI depth processing engine that provides instant depth to just about any normal game, picture, or video, Abxylute has included:
Game Support and Optimization
Ablyte has not yet published a full listing of titles for the product. So far, the company has confirmed that people optimized the top fifty games on Steam for 3D play on the device.

A Multi-Mode Design for Versatility
3D One has several modes for different usage:
- Handheld Mode: Two controllers, which feature standard sticks, buttons, triggers, and touchpads, attach to the sides of the screen for a traditional handheld gaming experience.
- Detached Mode: The main unit can stand on a table using its kickstand, while the two controllers can be used wirelessly, either separately or connected together to form a single gamepad.
- Laptop Mode: An optional keyboard can be attached, transforming the device into a compact laptop.
- Tablet Mode: Lastly, by detaching the two controllers and keyboard, the 3D One can be used as a standard tablet PC.
Launch Schedule
The Abxylute 3D One is expected to be launched at the end of September or early October, until 2025.
