Samsung Puts Out New 37-Inch Monitor Odyssey G75F with 4K and 165Hz

Samsung has just set out a new 37-inch gaming monitor, the Odyssey G75F, in Malaysia. This is made with a normal 16:9 shape and is made to give a top gaming feel with its 4K look and fast refresh.

Main Looks and How It Works

The G75F has a VA screen and packs a lot of parts for big gamers:

  • Screen: 37-inch VA screen with 4K.
  • Curve: A big 1000R curve for a wide view.
  • Refresh Speed: Up to 165Hz for smooth moves.
  • Fast Reply: Quick 1ms GtG for top gaming.
  • Look and HDR: VESA DisplayHDR 600 okay. The monitor has a plain 3000:1 look range, but might be TCL CSOT's new HVA screen which can hit up to 5000:1.
  • Adaptive Sync: Has FreeSync Premium Pro.

Look and Hooking Up

The monitor is all black with a simple look and a firm stand to keep it still. The stand lets you change height, tilt, and swivel.

For hooking up, the G75F has DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, and USB out ports. But, it has no G-Sync or USB Type-C port with Power Push.

Price and Where It Stands

The Samsung Odyssey G75F is now up for grabs on Samsung's main Malaysian site for 4,399 RM, or about $1,099 USD.

This price puts the monitor as a high-end VA screen pick, facing off with some high OLED screens that cost less, some with a bigger, ultrawide look.
