GMKtec Launches NucBox M5 Mini-PC with Ryzen 7 for Content Work
GMKtec adds the NucBox M5 to its compact computer lineup. This device is new and aimed mostly toward content creators. The mini-PC contributes powerful hardware, a wide range of interfaces, and the possibility of future upgrades for RAM and storage.
Core Hardware and Upgrade Options
The NucBox M5 works with an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U processor. Cooling is provided via heat pipe and two internal fans.
- RAM: It comes with either 16 GB or 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory. Users can upgrade to a maximum of 64 GB using the two available slots.
- Storage: A 512 GB M.2 PCIe 3.0 SSD is included. The system has additional drive slots for storage expansion, each supporting 8 TB of capacity.

It drives up to three displays with the DisplayPort (8K @ 60Hz), HDMI 2.0 (4K @ 60Hz), and USB-C outputs.
