ASRock Launches Free Extended Warranty Promotion for New Motherboards
ASRock is presenting a promotion with a one-year extension on the warranty of select new motherboards, free of charge. Customers need to register an eligible product on the ASRock Fan Club before the campaign closes to convert the normal-2-year manufacturer's warranty into a full 3-year package.
Promotion Details and Validity
The promotional activity is easy upon which to provide additional perks for the ASRock customers.
- Period of Campaign- Registration is accepted from 29 September 2025 through to 31 December 2025.
- Eligible Products- ASRock motherboards from the Intel Z890/860 series and AMD X870/850 series.
- Basic Condition- Must be purchased from an authorized dealer within the country. Used products or those bought on auction/private sale or purchased from outside Japan are disallowed.
How to Register for an Extended Warranty
To qualify for an extra year of warranty, a simple registration procedure must first be completed by the customer:
- Join Club- Create account on ASRock Fan Club's website.
- Register Product- Under 'My Page > Product Registration,' enter details of purchased motherboard, including serial number. If the product qualifies, an extended warranty notice will appear.
- Wait for the Confirmation: ASRock should send an email within seven working days confirming extended warranty certification. This email must be retained for future reference as it will be required for making any warranty claims.
- Status Check: Once the auditing is over, the product's warranty status in your ASRock Fan Club account will be updated to the caption "Extended Warranty Eligible."
Important Notes about Repairs
A number of conditions apply while requesting a repair job under the extended warranty:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required; the serial number of the product has to match that on the packaging.
- There is no exchange for a new product or refund.
- In cases where repair is not possible, ASRock may substitute the product with a reconditioned one,
- All repairs will be carried out at an overseas facility, which may cause extended turnaround time.
