ASUS Releases ROG Swift 27 Pro OLED with Unique Dual Mode

ASUS introduced the newly launched gaming monitor ROG Swift 27 Pro OLED PG27AQWP-W, which is sold in the Chinese market. With highest consideration of what a high-definition--ultra-high-refresh-rate-switching mode monitor should be, this very display incorporates the most unique, says "gamer," in its transparent elements designs.

Dual-Mode Display Technology

It integrates a 4th-generation LG Display WOLED panel with two distinct functioning modes according to gaming demands:

  • QHD Mode: 2560x1440 at 540 Hz giving a nice hybrid between detail and smooth gameplay.
  • HD Mode: It is changed into a 1280x720 resolution, carrying a huge 720 Hz refresh rate, for maximum smoothness in competing esports titles.

The key panel specifications include a peak brightness of 1500 cd/m² and a very fast 0.02 ms GtG response time, while ASUS portrays also a special anti-glare TrueBlack Glossy coating meant to maintain color fidelity even under poor lighting conditions.
