Teaser video for GameMT EX8, a new retro gaming handheld. A 3:2 aspect ratio display is to be provided, which will compete with existing handhelds such as Powkiddy RGB50 and Ayaneo Pocket Micro.
Design and Key Features
The GameMT EX8 has a completely different design to others, with symmetrical analog sticks, both of which are illuminated by RGB ring lights. It has built-in shoulder buttons and seems exceptionally thick. It is available in 2 colors:
- A black version with red D-pad and ABXY buttons.
- A white version with purple D-pad and ABXY buttons.
The teaser also confirms that they use bottom-firing speakers, a cooling fan, and a USB-C charging port.

It features the well-known-chipset, although the internal hardware of the GameMT EX8 boasts a very sharp display.
