BioWare celebrated N7 Day 2025 with some critical updates about the Mass Effect franchise. Executive Producer Mike Gamble confirmed that the upcoming game is the studio's main focus and revealed further details about the upcoming television series in partnership with Amazon in an official post.
The Next Mass Effect Game is in Full Development
Gamble stated, putting to rest some recent rumors, that both EA and BioWare are fully committed to the series and that the next Mass Effect game is fully in current development. He clarified that the development team is currently "heads-down and focused exclusively on Mass Effect."
While there were no specific details given concerning gameplay, the studio mentions that there is a lot of universe to cover, features to design, and romances to figure out. BioWare requested for fan patience and assured that they'd show more when the game is ready.
Details on the Mass Effect TV Series
