AnTuTu, the benchmark developer, has published its performance rankings for November 2025, including the best-performing Android tablets and flagship smartphones. These results reveal the possessions of some of the most advanced next-generation silicon--such as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the new Dimensity 9500 from MediaTek--breaking score heights in benchmark tests.
Top 10 Most Powerful Android Tablets
A new champion for performance has emerged in the tablet market. Honor has taken pole position, but competition remains intense with challengers from H3C, Lenovo, and OPPO.
The Winners
Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 deservedly clinched the first prize. With 4,038,720 points, it is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and 16 GB of RAM.
The next position goes to the H3C MegaBook. Equipped with an Intel Ultra 5 228V chip and 32 GB of RAM, it scores a phenomenal 3,716,440 points.

- vivo X300 Pro: Also leveraging the Dimensity 9500 (16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage), took home third place with 4,004,589 points.
