Realme Pro 16 Design to Be Made of Bioorganic Silicone Material
New developments on the design of the expected series of smartphones in the 16 Pro series were released by Realme. The design is in collaboration with industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa and will incorporate new bioorganic material for the body of the phone.
Urban Wild Design and New Materials
Brought on by his designs for the realme X and GT series, Naoto Fukasawa entered into this deal with the Urban Wild Design for these new models. Blending organic textures with the clean lines of urban environments, the concept is for one of the new bioorganic silicone materials derived from plant sources. The company mentions that it feels quite soft, and it asserts to be wear-resistant, stain resistant, and age-resistant while having less impact on the surrounding environment. The whole design integrates the All-Nature Curve, through which the rear panel and display appear to be one continuous line.
Inspired by Nature Colors
The 16 Pro series derives the color palette directly from nature:
- Master Gold: Inspired by wheat fields, both for 16 Pro and 16 Pro+.
- Master Gray: Like pebbles of the river, it is exclusively for the 16 Pro+.
- Camellia Pink: With Indian floral inspirations, exclusive to 16 Pro+.
- Orchid Purple: Only for the standard 16 Pro.
Camera Module Design
The camera unit is a major feature element and is termed as "metallic mirror" with PVD coating for lustrous medium surface and cut resistance. It is called "Volcanic Camera Deco," embedded in the back panel, and framed with a metal accent.
Expected Realme 16 Pro+ Specifications
Leaked specs of the device will most likely bear a 6.78-in AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K, having a 144Hz refresh rate; battery is at 7000mAh, while the Camera System is made of 200MP maincam and another telephoto lens.
Release Date Information
It's being reported that the smartphones are expected to be launched on January 6, but there is nothing confirmed yet by Realme regarding this date.
