Releasing Acemagic Retro X5 Mini PC in NES-like Design
Acemagic has announced the Retro X5, its new mini PC geared towards retro gaming. The design takes inspiration from the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) but has modern specs under the cover: AMD Ryzen AI processor at its heart.
RetroPlay Box: Pure and Simple Gaming
With user experience in mind, the Retro X5 does incorporate RetroPlay Box, a full-fledged software that streamlines access to classic games. System-level integration aims to cut through the usual setup and management that traditionally come with emulation, so players can load ROMs and get back to gaming.
Acemagic plans to release future software updates that will introduce AI-assisted features. These enhancements will leverage the system's integrated NPU for functions like content recommendations and potentially AI-based translations or gameplay assistance-in short, ways for the gamer to not be dependent on the cloud.
Modern Hardware Specs
The PC with a Retro look is based on a contemporary mini-computer platform. Its performance boasts high-end components worthy of gaming or being productive.

- GPU: Integrated AMD Radeon™ 890M (16 CUs, up to 2900MHz)
