Acer Veriton RA100 Mini PC Unveiled by Acer at CES 2026
At CES 2026, Acer has revealed the Veriton RA100 mini PC, which is part of a new lineup. The compact system is built on the high-performing infrastructure of AMD's Strix Halo-the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU.
Core Performance Impartation and Graphics
The Veriton RA100 primarily comprises the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU featuring 16 Zen 5 cores. Its integrated NPU (Neural Processing Unit) is capable of providing up to 50 TOPS of AI performance.
To increase the intrinsic value of gaming graphics, the APU incorporates AMD's state-of-the-art integrated GPU, the Radeon 8060S. This iGPU has been assessed to deliver performance comparable to an RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, providing the mini PC with the capability of 1080p and 1440 regarding gaming resolution.
Memory, storage, and AI capability
The system can be suitably upgraded to accommodate quad-channel LPDDR5X RAM of 128 GB maximum. According to Acer, this configuration allows the mini PC to support AI models with parameters of up to 120 billion. The mini PC can be configured with storage up to 4 TB.
Connectivity Options
The Veriton RA100 offers a rich selection of ports for extensive connectivity:
- 2x USB4 (40 Gbps)
- 3x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 2x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x DisplayPort
- 1x LAN port
For the sake of wireless connectivity, WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 answer most of the requirements.
Additional Features and Availability
The mini PC cooling system has three TDP modes for specific workloads, as disclosed by Acer, putting the unit in a sleek chassis that comes with a Kensington lock slot designed for shared environments. It will also include built-in Copilot+ teaching materials.
Acer has not disclosed the pricing of the Veriton RA100 but announced that the mini PC will be on sale in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026.
