ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMTG Launches with Google TV Integration
ASUS has introduced the ROG Strix OLED (XG34WCDMTG), a hybrid device that combines high end gaming specifications with the Google TV smart platform. The 34 inch ultrawide monitor in the ROG series marks the introduction of television based operating system which enables users to run applications and perform cloud gaming activities without needing computer connection.
The display consists of a 34 inch OLED screen which has a curved design with an 1800R radius. It uses an aspect ratio of 21:9 which supports a native resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. The display system shows key performance metrics which include

- Response Time 0.03ms (GtG)
- Brightness 250 nits in SDR mode and a peak of 1000 nits in HDR mode
The display uses 1800R curvature to provide better viewing experience for users who watch content at wide angles.
Google TV integration brings unique features to this display which standard gaming monitors do not have. The device includes remote control functionality which enables users to operate the system through voice commands while watching content from their mobile devices. The GeForce Now app is pre installed, enabling direct access to cloud gaming services. The monitor also features built in WiFi 6 for stable high speed connectivity required for streaming and updates.
