KeyGo Gen 2 4K Foldable Display Keyboard Monitor Hybrid
The KeyGo Gen 2 presents display technology which has been improved to deliver 4K resolution through its foldable display design. The Chinese company KeyGo presents its second generation keyboard monitor hybrid product which functions as a standalone input device with an integrated screen that replicates a compact laptop design. The latest version of this product delivers enhanced display resolution together with improved hardware capabilities which surpass the specifications of its earlier version.
The KeyGo Gen 2 key feature exists as a touchscreen system which users can fold into different positions. The screen design allows users to fold it flat on top of the keys when they need to protect the screen and carry it. The system supports these three main display enhancements which include
- Resolution 4K (3840 x 2160) at a 60 Hz refresh rate.
- Size 13 inches (increased from the 12.8 inches found on the first generation).
- Brightness Up to 300 cd/m².
The system functions as both an external display and an input device for multiple users. The portable device contains two USB C ports which enable users to connect their devices with different systems. The keyboard operates with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems. The system supports 65W USB Power Delivery (PD) technology which enables quick charging and power management functions.
The KeyGo design team has changed the keyboard size by reducing key travel distance to 1 millimeter less than previous KeyGo models. The product maintains a compact size which enables users to take it with them
- Dimensions 324.5 x 142.9 x 19.3 mm.
- Weight 1 kg.
The KeyGo Gen 2 is launching through a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. Backers can purchase the product at a base price of $279. The first customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in May 2026 according to the current timetable.
