Audi Sport 2026 RS 5 hybrid flagship delivers 470 kW power with advanced quattro torque control and sustainable interior design starting at 106200 euros
Audi Sport launches its high performance hybrid 2026 RS 5 as its flagship model. The 2026 Audi RS 5 represents the first step of Audi Sport to enter the electric vehicle market. The new model introduces an advanced modular plug in hybrid powertrain which differs from all previous models. The most important technological development of the new RS 5 introduces quattro technology which uses Dynamic Torque Control. The production vehicle achieves its first instance of electromechanical torque vectoring system use through its current production vehicle. The new system uses a high voltage actuator to control differential torque of 2000 Nm which gets distributed to both rear wheels instead of using the mechanical systems from past implementations. The front view shows darkened Matrix LED headlights which use a checkered flag daytime running light signature as their main design element. The rear section features a modeled diffuser together with matte oval tailpipes which complete its aerodynamics package. The cabin design features an OLED display which shows an 11.9 inch virtual cockpit together with a 14.5 inch touch interface. Audi introduces its first sustainable material indoor design which features Cascade cloth and Dinamica microfiber along with conventional leather materials.
