Minisforum N5 MAX AI NAS Launches Local LLM and OpenClaw Processing with 126 TOPS Power and 200TB Storage Capacity for Secure On Device AI

Minisforum introduces its N5 MAX network attached storage system which enables local AI processing instead of standard data storage functions. The N5 MAX design utilizes workstation grade specifications as its primary architectural foundation. The system operates with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor and Strix Halo and Radeon 8060S GPU which can deliver 126 TOPS of AI computational power. The system uses 64 GB of LPDDR5X memory to create a high bandwidth framework necessary for executing demanding AI requirements.

The N5 MAX uses storage density as its main component which enables five HDDs and five SSDs to achieve a total data capacity of 200 TB. The system uses RAID support to maintain data integrity because it can handle two simultaneous drive failures. The system enables fast data transfer through its dual 10GbE ports and USB4 v2 ports which can achieve data rates up to 80Gbps.
