NVIDIA GeForce 596.21 WHQL Driver Delivers DLSS 4 5 Support for Pragmata and Windrose with Major RTX 50 Series and Project G Assist Updates
NVIDIA has added DLSS 4.5 support and enhanced Path Tracing capabilities to their GeForce 596.21 WHQL driver release. NVIDIA has released GeForce 596.21 WHQL Game Ready driver software which enables system performance to match upcoming CAPCOM PRAGMATA game requirements for its April 17 release. This driver functions as essential optimization tool which enables users to activate PC only path tracing features and DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Ray Reconstruction on their GeForce RTX 50 Series systems. The update includes both lunar station survival game requirements and new hardware bundle which provides free Steam game copies to customers who buy qualifying RTX 50 series products.
The update cycle extends its software footprint to additional existing titles through this process. Windrose, the PvE survival breakout that gained traction during the recent Steam Next Fest, receives support for DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution and Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. The driver enables users to upgrade to DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation which provides performance improvements of up to 6X together with Preset B which functions as an AI model calibration tool for reducing UI rendering problems. The driver prepares systems for the upcoming Hotta Studios Neverness to Everness (NTE) release on April 29. The massive online RPG achieves a complete visual transformation by implementing DLSS Super Resolution and Ray Reconstruction technology to sustain visual accuracy throughout its immersive Unreal Engine 5 urban environment.
The 596.21 release provides essential stability fixes which resolve major issues reported by players and their community. The driver eliminates all stuttering problems which users experienced while playing Arknights: Endfield. Users of God of War: Ragnarok may experience temporary white texture flashing which NVIDIA engineering teams have classified as a known technical problem. The manufacturer advises users to monitor the GeForce.com Driver Feedback Forum for active resolution tracking.
Project G Assist has received an iterative update which enhances its AI driven system assistant function through both voice and text input methods. The update improves the underlying knowledge base, allowing for more precise hardware recommendations. The updated issue detection system examines GPU configurations together with operating system settings and in game menu elements to deliver automatic optimization solutions for esports tournaments. The assistant now provides users with direct access to NVIDIA app settings which include Digital Vibrance and Smooth Motion and RTX HDR to manage all rendering processes.
The 596.21 driver is currently available through the standard distribution channels on the NVIDIA app and the official GeForce website. Users without access to local high end hardware can use cloud based path tracing and DLSS features for PRAGMATA with their Ultimate GeForce NOW membership according to NVIDIA's confirmation.
