Vivo T5 Pro Introduction Features a Massive 9020 mAh Battery Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 Performance and Rugged IP69 Durability for India Market

Vivo establishes a new benchmark for smartphone battery performance through its T5 Pro introduction. The T5 Pro, which Vivo introduced as its newest product, shows the company has developed its first smartphone which can operate on battery power for extended periods without needing to recharge. The manufacturer designed this product with a 9020 mAh battery to provide a solution for users who want longer battery life from their mobile devices. The device maintains a thin profile of 8.25 mm through its massive battery capacity which enables users to have extended usage while keeping the weight at 213 grams.

The device runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which Vivo reports to achieve AnTuTu benchmarks of 1.2 million points. The company uses a vapor chamber cooling system to control thermal output during extensive operation periods. The system comes with two RAM options of 8GB and 12GB LPDDR4X together with a maximum storage capacity of 256GB through UFS 3.1 memory. The system powers a display which measures 6.83 inches and offers 2800x1260 resolution with 144Hz refresh rate while supporting HDR10+ content at a maximum brightness level of 5000 nits.

A 50 megapixel primary sensor, which uses Sony’s IMX882 technology handles all imaging functions. The camera module combines an f/1.79 aperture with optical image stabilization which the manufacturer identifies as essential for achieving 4K video recording results. The 32 megapixel front camera provides support for both selfies and video calls while enabling users to record in 4K resolution. The T5 Pro design, which Vivo developed, includes advanced durability features through its IP68 and IP69 water and dust protection rating, while it meets MIL STD 810H criteria for shock protection.

The T5 Pro uses 90 watt fast charging to reduce downtime which usually occurs with high capacity batteries because the charging system can achieve 50% battery restoration within 37 minutes. The system features stereo audio output together with a fingerprint biometric scanner that the system hides under the display. The device will launch in India, where its base version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage space will have a retail price of $321.
