Motorola Introduces Moto Buds 2 with High Capacity Active Noise Cancellation

Motorola Moto Buds 2 Wireless Earphones Launch With Active Noise Cancellation Spatial Audio High Res LDAC Support and Affordable Indian Market Pricing

Motorola has added a new audio accessory to its portfolio of hardware, the Moto Buds 2 wireless earphones. Available according to official catalog information, the new inexpensive accessory offers high end functionalities such as Spatial audio and active noise cancellation. The company hopes that it can provide great audio quality for users who are not ready to pay a lot for features.

The Moto Buds 2 use a Bluetooth 6.0 chip in order to deliver a consistent connection to a given device. A dual driver setup in both earphones with an 11mm driver and a 6mm driver handle all frequency ranges when producing audio. Support for the LDAC codec ensures that high res audio streams will not be hindered by lossy compression, while the active noise cancellation feature can allegedly block out up to 55 decibels of surrounding noise and has a transparency mode to keep users in tune with their environment. The earphones have been configured with environmental noise cancellation and CrystalTalk AI in order to isolate the user’s voice from any and all ambient noise interference during voice calls.

Some additional quality of life features for everyday use include in ear sensors which will automatically pause the audio when an earbud is removed and a low latency gaming mode that cuts down on the amount of time between actions taking place and the audio being heard. A highly convenient multipoint functionality has been implemented so that these earphones can be paired to 2 separate audio devices simultaneously.

The Moto Buds 2 offer a total listening time of up to 11 hours of uninterrupted playback with ANC off when listening to music. This can be further extended to 48 hours using the power contained within the included protective carrying case, which also has the ability to quick charge, offering 3 hours of listening after just 10 minutes plugged in. These earphones are already officially available in the Indian market with a retail price of $31.
