Rollme launched the VistaView AI Smart Glasses for the global market at $99. It is targeting the active people and traveler who require hands free recording and AI support. Based on the information from official launch of the Rollme product, it is having a 13 megapixel camera powered by a Sony IMX386 sensor, recording 1080p video at 30fps with electronic image stabilization. The memory is limited to 32GB without further expansion slot, storing local media files.
AI assistance powered by OpenAI tools offers real time translation and object recognition via the camera feed. It also provides surround sound speakers integrated in the glasses temple. A noise cancelling feature would allow to carry out a clearer phone call. Functions like recording and controls are activated by the touch sensitive panel on the side.
It comes in a light weight black frame with highly colored multi layered polarizing glasses, aiming to be used for highly athletic activities such as cycling or rock climbing by preventing glare. The frames will stay in place while user performing those activities. Function controlling is based on temple touch zones. It will record and play clips via controls on the side.
The gadget is running on a 300mAh battery with 50 minutes of video recording time, and 10 hours of audio playback on a single charge. It can also reach up to 120 hours of standby. The smart glasses are now sold on Rollme online store at $99 for the global electronics market.
