ASUS Adol PO102 Rugged Portable Speaker Launches with IP67 Waterproof Design and Bluetooth 6.0 Features at an Affordable Price Point
Expanding their lineup of audio devices, ASUS has released a new rugged, portable Bluetooth speaker for outdoors known as the Adol PO102. Information surrounding this new speaker shows its portability, rugged design, and cost effective price point as main benefits. This device is retailed at 139 yuan which comes to roughly $21 for entry level buyers who want to save money.
In order to produce audio, the speaker uses a single 6W speaker. In order to get the experience to be more wide the speaker uses true wireless stereo linking which can combine the sound of 2 speakers to produce a larger sound stage. Wireless transmission for the audio speaker will use Bluetooth 6.0 to provide a 10 meter wide wireless range from the music source. There will also be integrated Auracast technology as well as a microSD slot to playback audio files directly.
The outside shell is wrapped in fabric mesh in order to maintain a more rugged feel for outdoor use. The device also carries an IP67 rating making it resistant to dust as well as waterproof at shallow depths and also submersible to water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.
