Avatar Legends The Fighting Game Release Date Moves Three Weeks Later for Additional Polish and Pre Order Beta Access

Gameplay Group and PM Studios have changed the release date of Avatar Legends The Fighting Game, delaying it by 3 weeks. The game was originally supposed to release at the start of summer on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, with both of the development teams referring to more polish to the software and additional gameplay features being the primary reasons for the delay.

Pre orders will have access to a closed beta. The publishers have given early adopters an option that may soften the blow of the delay in the form of a 4 day closed beta that will run during the time that the game was originally planned to be released, allowing those who pre order the fighting game access to the game much earlier, while the developers receive valuable data regarding network, and balance.

This new scheduling moves the release date later into summer, which will reduce immediate competition from large company releases, the team behind the fighting game felt as though the extra three weeks would provide them with enough additional development time for a much more stable and complete game to release.
