Cooler Master has showcased what the company is claiming to be the "highest performance desktop gaming computer ever." This custom machine known as the Cosmos Gold Limited Edition is an eye catching gold paint job combined with the best thermal components to house this monstrosity. The company has stated this will be a limited edition release that is meant to showcase the "absolute ceiling" of what current consumer hardware is capable of.

This desktop is powered by an ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero motherboard holding a very powerful AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D CPU with a massive 16 cores ready for all your multi threaded tasks. Graphics will be provided by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 with 32GB of dedicated VRAM. There is 64GB of RAM at your disposal spread across 4 separate sticks of 16GB. Data will be stored on a single 2TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe solid state drive. Everything will be powered by a Cooler Master X Mighty 2000W with an 80Plus Platinum efficiency rating.

As you might imagine this PC will be hot, so Cooler Master has designed a custom loop to try and combat the heat. Your CPU will be cooled by the Atmos II 360 liquid cooling system, the pump cover features a customisable Flex Kit allowing you to swap out designs. Airflow in this case will be handled by 2 custom 200mm fans at the front of the chassis to pull cool air in, and a 120mm fan at the rear to draw heat out while ensuring even pressure within the chassis.

This beast of a machine will support the latest standard for high speed wireless transfers Wi Fi 7. The system features a wide array of peripheral connections including 4 USB 3.2 Gen 1 type A ports, 2 USB 3.2 Gen 2 type C ports for quick transfers, and a whopping 3 DisplayPort 2.1b display connectors with 1 HDMI 2.1b. Other standard ports including 3.5mm headphone and mic jacks are present, as well as 1 Ethernet port.

Physically this system stands at 579mm tall, 260mm wide, and 582mm long making it quite large and with all the parts and materials included, it weighs about 45kg. Cooler Master has not yet announced the retail price or availability of this gold plated monstrosity.
