Realme P4x 4G Launches in Malaysia as a Budget UMPC with Large Display and Massive 8000mAh Removable Battery
Realme enters the budget UMPC segment in Malaysia with the launch of P4x 4 G model. This LTE version of budget device isn't a simple downgrade in terms of network connectivity. Instead it packs a changed in form factor with a bigger display and a substantially increased battery.
The hardware inside the Realme P4x 4 G is based around a Unisoc T7250 mobile platform. Graphics and multitasking are handled by 4 GB of LPDDR4X memory. For internal storage the Realme P4x 4 G is equipped with a 128 GB eMMC 5.1 drive; expandable via a microSD card slot. The strongest point of this particular model is its huge 8000 mAh removable battery with 45 W fast charging.
The image quality is taken care of by a 6.8 inch ips panel which is larger than the 5G variant's screen. The panel has a 1570x720 resolution, while it also offers a buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The backlight can get as bright as 900 nits. The colors support 100 % coverage of the sRGB color range and 83% of the Display P3 range, making it a media focused guy.
The camera system that features at the back of this device is the dominant 50MP sensor for general camera use. On the front the device comprises a 5MP camera integrated into the bezel for selfies and video conferencing. Nutritionally it retains the wired headphones socket accompanied by a USB C port for data/charge.
Security is in the form of a side mounted fingerprint scanner built into the power key for ease of access. This flagship device has now been put up for sale in Malaysia with a selling price of 195 dollars. The price puts the high capacity device right in the competition range of 5G enabled devices for consumers where battery life and large display has precedence over speedy network.
