The form factor of the ME Pro NAS supports a maximum of 8 drives to maximize local storage capability. The main chassis features a 4 bay SATA design that can accommodate either 3.5 inch or 2.5 inch drives. Each of the four bays supports a maximum of 30TB enabling 120TB of total SATA based storage. Aside from the four SATA bays, the internal board also includes 4 M.2 slots for high speed flash storage. Of these, 3 support PCIe 4.0 x4 operation and 1 supports PCIe 4.0 x1 operation. Each M.2 slot supports a maximum capacity of 4TB, providing 16TB of flash storage, which brings the total maximum combined available storage to 136TB.

High speed data sharing is managed over a dual Ethernet offering on the back of the chassis. The system has one 10 G Ethernet connection in addition to one 2.5 G Ethernet connection to allow for fast backups and network virtualization. For physical peripheral connections, the rear panel includes one HDMI port supporting 4K resolutions at 60Hz, three USB 3 Gen 2 Type A connections, one USB4 port, and a 3.5 mm audio output. Wireless components are managed with integrated WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 support.

The cooling system inside the small enclosure is designed to keep the temperature range to a minimum despite heavy processing loads. Beelink benchmarks reveal the active thermal architecture keeps the CPU operating at roughly 41 degrees Celsius or 105.8 degrees Fahrenheit. Operating temperatures for the hard drives hovered at roughly 43 degrees Celsius or 109.4 degrees Fahrenheit during maximum load conditions.

Beelink will offer the system in a variety of configurations. The barebone version, which ships without any storage or memory, is priced at CNY 2739 or around 400 dollars. The preconfigured solution including 32 GB of RAM and a 500 GB flash storage drive will be priced at CNY 5599 or roughly 800 dollars. The AMD based system will most likely launch in other markets after the initial Chinese release.
