Hisense has released promotional teasers revealing the design of its upcoming A10 mobile device. The smartphone integrates a primary electronic paper display but introduces an unusual modular accessory concept. According to official company promotional materials the hardware supports an optional secondary color screen that mounts magnetically to the rear panel of the chassis.
The built in screen is a 6.13 inch E Ink panel engineered to facilitate long reading sessions, document editing, and basic office tasks without causing eye strain. For scenarios requiring full color media such as video playback users can attach the magnetic auxiliary screen module. This modular design allows the phone to transition from a dedicated e reader into a standard multimedia device depending on the immediate needs of the user.
The teaser campaign reveals that the Hisense A10 operates on an unnamed 4nm Qualcomm processor. The device will ship with the Android 16 operating system loaded directly out of the box. Physical features on the rear of the chassis include 1 single camera lens paired with an LED flash. Hisense has not yet disclosed official retail pricing, configuration options, or a release schedule for the smartphone and its modular screen accessory.
