Windows Latest has leaked the first convertible laptop running on Nvidia's RTX Spark ARM processor. The Lenovo Yoga 9n 2 in 1 pairs a flexible 360 degree hinge with a premium Cosmic Blue design and a dedicated stylus. However, pricing and release dates remain a mystery.
This new convertible looks very similar to the Intel powered Yoga 9i 2 in 1 Aura Edition. But there are big structural differences under the hood. While the previously leaked Yoga Pro 9n is a traditional clamshell laptop, this 2 in 1 variant folds flat into a tablet. It also features a full size keyboard with a numeric keypad. This means the offset trackpad sits slightly to the left of the aluminum deck.
Based on the physical layout, the laptop likely uses a 15 inch or 16 inch chassis. Above the thin bezels, you get an infrared webcam for facial recognition via Windows Hello, which has a physical privacy shutter. Connectivity is solid for a thin device. The sides house 2 USB C ports, 2 USB A ports, 1 HDMI output, and a standard audio jack. The keyboard includes the dedicated Copilot key for fast access to Microsoft AI assistant tools, earning it a Copilot Plus designation.
The real story is the Nvidia RTX Spark processor powering the machine. This single piece of silicon combines a 20 core ARM CPU with a Blackwell graphics engine packing 6144 CUDA cores. It uses a unified memory architecture to share up to 128GB of RAM between the processor and graphics pools. Microsoft is even rewriting parts of the Windows 11 scheduler to optimize background tasks for this specific chip. This immense power could make the integrated graphics as fast as a standalone GeForce RTX 5070 Ti laptop GPU.
If you prefer a standard laptop design, Lenovo is also working on the Yoga Pro 9n. That version ditches the 360 degree hinge and numeric keypad to fit beefier cooling vents and a 6 speaker Dolby Atmos sound system. It also features a magnetic stylus holder built directly into the lid. This clamshell version charges exclusively via USB C, dropping Lenovo's old rectangular power plug. Both laptops are aiming for a launch later this year.
