Nothing Ear 3a Wireless Earphones Launch Globally With Innovative Call Recording Features And High Resolution Audio Quality

Nothing has expanded their audio range with the release of the Ear 3a wireless earphones. Aside from adding a bright pink option to the lineup the hardware has entered the competitive audio field with the addition of a dedicated call recording feature along with active noise canceling capabilities. The product launches globally with a retail price of 99 dollars.

The audio elements are driven by 12 millimeter drivers capable of producing a frequency response range of 20 to 20,000 Hz. Supporting a streaming codec set including LDAC, AAC and SBC and equipped with a 3D spatial audio feature and a customizable equalizer, the hardware has successfully been awarded official High Resolution support for playback quality when used with compatible audio sources.

Active noise canceling is achieved through 6 microphones built into the product capable of reducing outside noise by up to 45 decibels within a spectrum of 40 to 5000 Hz. There is also a transparency mode which allows outside noise to enter when needed. For voice calls the microphones use environmental noise cancelation technology to help isolate the speaker's voice from other noise in the surrounding environment.

Wireless network connections are handled by the newer Bluetooth 6.0 standard which provides a low latency audio mode and equal compatibility for pairing with 2 separate devices simultaneously. The most unique software addition is the Audio Snapshot. Using 32 MB of on board memory the device is able to record 1 minute clips of ambient music, around a 30 second buffer to record in the past. Additionally users are able to record up to 2 hours of phone conversations directly onto the hardware itself.

Battery life varies based on the use of active noise canceling. With the system off the ear pieces will play for up to 10 hours straight while the charging case extends this time to 42 hours. Turning on the noise canceling system will cut the time down to 6 hours with the additional case supports.
