Razer has introduced a specialized version of its wireless gaming headset, the Kraken Kitty V2 BT Cinnamoroll Edition, created through a licensing partnership with Sanrio. According to the official product launch documentation from Razer this themed headset serves as the final piece of the broader Razer Cinnamoroll Collection. The existing merchandise lineup already features a gaming keyboard, a gaming mouse, a desktop mat, and a gaming chair decorated with the popular character motifs.
The physical design of the headset utilizes a white and light blue color scheme that reflects the palette of the Cinnamoroll character. Large floppy ears are attached directly to the top of the headband to mimic the character appearance. The soft ear cushions and the headband padding are wrapped in a pastel blue material featuring custom drawings of the character. To enhance the visual customization the earcups feature built in Razer Chroma RGB lighting that supports 16,800,000 distinct colors and can be synchronized with other desktop peripherals.
For wireless connectivity the headset utilizes Bluetooth 5.2 to ensure a stable low latency connection with smartphones tablets and personal computers. Audio performance is driven by proprietary 3 component drivers that are designed to segment high mid and low frequencies for improved acoustic clarity. Razer has set the retail price for this limited edition hardware at $140 targeting both collectors of Sanrio merchandise and gaming enthusiasts looking for a distinct desktop setup.
