Thunderobot ZERO Air 16 Xiao Qing Long Redefines Portable Gaming with a 1.64 Kilogram Carbon Fiber Chassis and RTX 4060 Power
Thunderobot has announced the specifications for its upcoming portable gaming laptop the ZERO Air 16 Xiao Qing Long. In a promotional poster launched for the Bilibili World exposition the company described this new product as an engineering project designed to break benchmarks by pushing massive gaming hardware into a mobile context serving as a lightweight solution for serious gamers.
The primary innovation behind the ZERO Air 16 Xiao Qing Long is its weight of only 1.64 kilograms a feat almost unheard of in the 16 inch notebook category. This was achieved through an engineering approach that utilized a carbon fiber body. This design combines dedicated graphics capability with a reliable housing resulting in a weight reduction of nearly one kilogram compared to traditional models. This challenge successfully optimizes the 16 inch notebook dimension with a dedicated graphics card which typically exceeds the 2 kilogram mark.
A well balanced internal design ensures a solid configuration with a well tuned hardware setup. Thunderobot listed the internal specifications as follows:
- Intel Core Ultra 7 356H
- RTX 5070
- 32 GB of DDR5 RAM
- 1 TB Solid State Disk
The public preview for this hardware takes place at the Bilibili World exhibition sponsored by Thunderobot at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Participants can experience the lightweight laptop chassis in person at Hall 4.1H Booth 4A19. Thunderobot is hosting an interactive weighing challenge where attendees can validate the 1.64 kilogram weight on an official scale and participate in a promotional draw for a unit ahead of the retail release.
