Asus has launched new configurations for its TX Gaming 7X desktop PC, introducing the Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processor. The gaming rig pairs anime inspired aesthetics and liquid cooling with Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series graphics options. It is currently available on JD starting at 14999 yuan.
According to retailer listings on JD and reports from IT Home, the desktop runs on a 20 core and 20 thread Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processor. The chip reaches boost clock speeds up to 5.5GHz with 30MB of smart cache and supports Intel Application Optimization for gaming. Graphics options include an RTX 5060 Ti for 14999 yuan or an RTX 5070 for 16999 yuan.
Memory comes standard with 2 sticks of 16GB DDR5 RAM, and builders can expand up to 128GB across 4 slots. Storage includes a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, with dual M.2 slots allowing expansion up to 2TB SSD and 2TB HDD storage setups. Asus built the system around its B860M MAX GAMING AX DT motherboard, which features a 6 layer PCB, solid state capacitors, and Digi+ VRM digital power controls. For wireless networking, the system supports Wi Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The chassis has a 47L volume with scratch resistant 6.5H tempered glass on the front and side panels. An indium tin oxide coating on the glass blocks electromagnetic interference, while the interior components link up with Asus Aura Sync RGB lighting. Cooling is handled by a 240mm liquid cooler and 4 internal case fans with dynamic loop bearings rated for up to 160000 hours of use.
Top panel connectivity gives users 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C port, and an audio jack. Around back, the motherboard provides 2.5Gb Ethernet, HDMI 2.1b, DisplayPort outputs, and several USB ports for external gear.
