Under the hood the board uses an 8 layer PCB with a 14 plus 1 plus 1 plus 1 phase power delivery design running 60A DrMOS components. According to details shared in Colorful's official product announcement, this setup provides clean power for desktop processors without unnecessary heat buildup. Memory capabilities include 4 DDR5 UDIMM slots capable of reaching overclocked speeds up to 8800MT/s.

Expansion options are generous for a smaller board. Builders get 1 PCIe Gen5 x16 slot for modern graphics cards and a secondary PCIe Gen4 x4 slot for add in cards. Storage is a major focus with 5 total M.2 slots and 4 SATA III ports running at 6Gbps. 2 of the M.2 slots pull lanes directly from the CPU including 1 Gen5 x4 slot, while the remaining 3 run through the Z890 chipset. Colorful also added quick release mechanisms for both the M.2 covers and the main PCIe slot to make upgrades painless.

Networking hardware includes a Realtek RTL8126 controller delivering 5GbE wired speeds and a MediaTek MT7925 module supporting Wi Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Audio is handled by a Realtek ALC897 codec. The rear panel provides 4 USB A 5Gbps ports, 2 USB A 10Gbps ports, 1 USB C 10Gbps port, and a fast 20Gbps USB C port. Display outputs include HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 sitting next to digital optical audio output and dual antenna connectors.
