The upcoming Honor Robot Phone has leaked online ahead of its scheduled debut next week. Known insider Digital Chat Station shared a full rundown of key specifications on Weibo, revealing a highly ambitious hardware configuration. But the price of this hardware remains a closely guarded secret.
According to the leak, the smartphone features a 6.3 inch OLED screen running at a resolution of 1216x2640 pixels. The display reportedly reaches a peak brightness of 6800 nits and includes an anti glare coating to improve outdoor visibility. Under the hood, the device runs on the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
Powering this hardware is a massive 7060 mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. The company is also adding 3 proprietary co processors to handle specialized tasks. The C1 chip manages radio frequencies to improve cellular signals, while the E2 manages power efficiency. Finally, the H1 chip accelerates image processing tasks to speed up camera performance.
The rear camera setup relies on 2 major sensors. The main shooter features a 200 MP sensor with a physical size of 1/1.28 inch and an f/1.6 aperture. Accompanying it is another 200 MP zoom camera capable of 2.7x optical magnification. Buyers will have a choice of 12GB of RAM with 512GB of storage or a larger 16GB variant with 1TB of storage.
