The roadmap will be outlined during a mainstage keynote by Intel CEO Lip Bu Tan alongside several technical deep dives.
The central theme for Intel at booth 736 is scaling compute capacity without locking enterprise buyers into closed hardware stacks. According to details shared on the Intel Newsroom, CEO Lip Bu Tan will join event cofounder Edmund Nelson on stage to discuss how silicon design and software tools must evolve together. As companies look to control the soaring cost of running large models, Intel aims to position its open ecosystem as a practical option for corporate computing.
Multiple technical sessions will focus on the operational bottlenecks of running intelligence at scale. Huma Abidi from Intel will lead discussions on the engineering challenges of designing purpose built inference setups for high volume workloads. Anil Nanduri from Intel will also collaborate with Anton McGonnel from SambaNova Systems to detail an architectural blueprint for agentic systems that use distributed computing and automated task scheduling.
Physical AI and robotics will take center stage. Nagesh Puppala will outline how developers can link digital neural networks to physical machinery through unified compute frameworks and edge control systems. To support this push, Intel is sponsoring both virtual and on site developer hackathons where engineers can build and test real world robotic systems using the company hardware tools.
